A Framework for Remote & Hybrid Team Success
Small Group Coaching
Managers meet with Sonata’s coaches in groups of 3 to 5 on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis to discuss challenges and innovate solutions.
Self-Guided Learning
Participants can access interactive learning modules on key skills plus additional resources for 12 months from the start of the program.
Discussion
Participants post questions and share ideas with colleagues and coaches via Slack, Teams, or your organization’s preferred chat platform.
